Pete MacKichan has been based in Thessaloniki, Greece, since 1989, where he is involved in teaching, training and materials writing.

He also teaches pre-sessional EAP courses in the UK - for the last two years at the University of Southampton, where he is lucky enough to get to play with SmartBoards.

Like Geoff, he has an MEd in Educational Technology and ELT from Manchester University

Pete is interested in designing interactive web based materials and is particularly interested in keeping materials simple and fast to load. You can see some of the things he has been doing with JavaScript here.

Pete is a keen supporter of Crystal Palace FC.
