Information:

Gary Motteram is a senior lecturer in education and a part of the Language Teacher Education Group in the School of Education at Manchester University. He is a teacher educator with particular interests in educational technology and language education and is programme director for the MA in Educational Technology and TESOL.


Gary is now the oldest serving (surviving!) member of the Learning Technologies (formerly Computer) SIG committee and at various stages has been an ordinary member, the Coordinator, and the newsletter editor. In his time with IATEFL he has also been the SIG representative and set up and ran the first IATEFL Web site.


In his spare time(what's that?), he enjoys walking and climbing, watching films and trying to play the guitar (his family may not enjoy this as much as he does. ;-)
