IATEFL Learning Technologies SIG Travel Scholarships

The Learning Technologies SIG is happy to announce that two travel scholarships will be awarded to IATEFL members in order to assist them to attend the annual international conference. Priority will be given to those from WMS countries but any LTSIG member may apply.

The awards consist of:
• £500 to help with conference-related expenses.

To qualify you must:
• be a member of Learning Technologies SIG.
• submit a speaker proposal related to learning technologies.
• agree to write up your presentation for publication in the SIG newsletter.

To be considered you should send the following electronically:
• A one-page statement (not more than 400 words) explaining how attending the IATEFL conference will benefit you and your ESL/EFL community
• a short recommendation letter by your director, supervisor or a colleague
• a passport-size photograph (for inclusion in the conference programme should you win)
• a speaker proposal form - please submit online at
